什么是Mock Trial 模拟法庭？

模拟法庭竞赛是一项能让学生参与模拟诉讼程序的课外活动。竞赛会给出一个虚构的案件，然后要求学生提交书状，并在法官面前进行口头辩论。法官由教授或其他法律从业者担任。竞赛要求学生能够基于案件事实陈述法律意见，并考察学生立论以及说理的能力。
